This maintenance is yearly with light cleaning done.
- All electrical connections inspected.
- Drain lines cleaned.
- Condenser cleaned inside and out.
- Air handler gets dirty sock treatment.
- Air handler treated for mildew inside and out.
- Filters replaced (cost of filters not included in this maintenance plan).
- Heat and cooling operations checked.
- Heat strips and gas components inspected.
Advance Residential Maintenance Program
This maintenance is done every 6 months with one light cleaning.
- All electrical connections inspected.
- Drain lines cleaned.
- Condenser cleaned inside and out.
